A 27-year-old man lost his life after an incident that happened yesterday.

The police announce that the young man in a serious psychological state and drunk broke the glass of the window of his apartment and as a result was injured in the arm.

Despite receiving medical help, the young man could not survive and died in the hospital.

Police notification:

Yesterday, around 17:30, citizen AS, 27 years old, resident of Gjinar village, was sent to the Elbasan hospital for treatment.

From preliminary investigative actions, it is suspected that the 27-year-old man, in a drunken state and in severe psychological conditions, broke the glass of the window of his apartment and as a result was injured in the arm.

Despite medical assistance, the 27-year-old died in hospital this morning.
