A girl tried to end her life yesterday evening in Tirana by jumping from the second floor of the apartment. The police have handcuffed her 24-year-old roommate, after allegedly raping the young woman.

He used violence against his roommate, who as a result of the violence tried to commit suicide by jumping from the second floor of the apartment, the 24-year-old is arrested. Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Station No. 4, after receiving the notification that yesterday evening around 11:30 p.m., a citizen had committed suicide from the second floor of the apartment, they immediately organized the work to clarify the circumstances of the event and its full legal documentation.

Following the investigative actions carried out, the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at Police Station No. 4 arrested the citizen EH, 24 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offenses "Domestic violence" and "Causation of attempted suicide", provided for by articles 130/a and 99 and 22 of the Criminal Code. The 24-year-old man is suspected of having committed violence against his roommate yesterday evening, around 11:30 p.m., who as a result of the violence threw herself from the second floor of the apartment. He is currently under the care of doctors, out of danger to his life , "says the Police.
