New details have come to light regarding the serious event recorded in Shkodër at noon on Friday.

The prosecution and the local police of Shkodra have succeeded in verifying the number plate of the Benz type vehicle from which the murder of the citizen Elis Rroshkodoli was carried out the day before.

According to the sources, the number plate of the vehicle with which the perpetrators move while committing the serious crime is said to be stolen in Montenegro. The license plate of the vehicle was stolen on August 5 of this year in the Montenegrin state. This has also been confirmed by the communications of the Albanian and Montenegrin police. The owner of the vehicle in Montenegro reported the theft of the license plate.

Until the day before when the murder took place, it was not possible to find who stole the license plate in the Montenegrin state. After the verifications of the prosecution and the police of Shkodra, it has been confirmed that the license plate of the Benz type vehicle where the two still unidentified perpetrators were located belongs to the car in Montenegro where it was stolen on August 5 of this year. The police continue the investigations for the complete disclosure of the murder of the citizen Elis Rroshkodoli who was shot with 18 bullets the day before in the western ring road of Shkodra while he was drinking coffee alone in the bar.
