19-year-old Indrit Shyti, who was seriously injured in the accident that occurred yesterday afternoon on the Mbrostar-Levan bypass, near the Fier Memorial Hospital, has passed away.

Shyti, who was driving the "Volkswagen" vehicle, lost control at around 16:50, near the Memorial Hospital overpass, going off the road.

As a result of the accident, the driver of the vehicle and two passengers traveling with him were injured.

The 19-year-old was initially transported to the Emergency Room of the Fier Regional Hospital, but due to his serious health condition, he was sent for specialized treatment to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana, where he was unable to resist the injuries he sustained and died.
