So, the Police of Korça have handcuffed the driver of the "Benz", 33-year-old Artan Bali from Lushjna, who hit the Italian tourist while traveling on a motorcycle.

The driver of the vehicle, involved in the accident that happened this afternoon, as a result of which the driver of the vehicle died, is in handcuffs.

Following the preliminary information given this afternoon, regarding a road accident, we inform you that Urban and Interurban Traffic Specialists of DVP Korçë, arrested AB citizen, 33 years old, resident of Lushnja, red-handed, after on the "Pogradec-Lin" road axis , near the village of Udënisht, Pogradec, driving a "Benz" type vehicle, collided with a motorcycle driven by the Italian citizen ER, 31 years old, resident in Milan, Italy, who after receiving medical help at the hospital in Korça, was transported to Tirana Trauma Hospital, where he died.

On the part of the Police, investigative actions are being carried out and work is being done to determine the causes of the accident.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Korça General Jurisdiction.
