The former mayor of Kavaja, Elvis Rroshi, had his cell phones seized by order of SPAK.

The former mayor of Kavaja is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of corruption in the May 11 elections.

The operation comes within the framework of the strategy for electoral crimes.

It is learned that searches were also conducted in several other premises, while a total of four mobile phones were seized.

Elvis Rroshi was involved in the election campaign in support of his cousin Elton Rroshi, who ran for the DP-ASHM coalition.

Elvis Rroshi was kept under observation for about 3 weeks in Kavaja.

It is learned that all of his movements and meetings he had with various people during this period were monitored.
