Klodiana Lala's "On Target" show returned on Wednesday to the story of Altin Coku, who was the cause of the suicide of a 27-year-old mother of a child.

Other details from the dossier have been revealed in the show, which shed light on Altin Coku's threats, this time to a dentist who had asked for 60,000 euros.

She became the latest victim of an attack, monsters and poison that today produce social networks, and among them Tik-Tok. A network that originally arose as a project to distribute viral videos en masse. But like any product of human genius minds, soon this network was conquered by diabolical spirits. And as such, he produced his victims from time to time. This was also the bad luck of Sibel, the 27-year-old mother of a young girl. Who decided that on February 12 this year, he ended his life by jumping from the balcony of the apartment where she lived with her family, in the neighborhood of 'Teuta' in Kamaz. This is because a person later identified as Altin Choku, is said to have posted an intimate photo on the social network Tik-Tok. Despite her prayers, the photo was not removed from the social network, and was continuing to cause numerous andrrallas in the family. A story that people soon began to define as 'Beauty and the Beast.' The monster, a popular social media tick who couldn't turn into a prince for Sibela, but rather turned into a demon that took his life.

And the beauty that could not resist the humiliation and the slurs, which also came from the label as a whoof, which had already been assigned as a stigma of the consumer society of these networks. But what is the story of Sibela Abedin and Altin Coku, the man who is now behind bars as the cause of her suicide. After Tik-Tok, a profile with his name circulated, where the photo of the two was posted on the front of the two in intimate moments. An acquaintance that seems to have started in February and where altin Choku is thought to have exploited Sibela's need for survival, the mother of a young girl, only two years old, to establish a connection with her. Despite him being married and Sibela was not yet cut off from a marital relationship in Kosovo, but was going through her own crisis in the couple. And for this reason, she was thought to have come to stay for some time with her mother's family in Kamaz. "I met Sibela two weeks ago, coincidentally from her mother Daniela. After my bride went to Italy with my daughter, I asked Danielle to come and clean my apartment. But she told me she would bring her daughter, named Sibela. Which came up a few times to clean the house and during this time we exchanged phone numbers. "During this time, I expressed my wish to Sibela to be in touch with him," he said.

This is thought to be the moment when Altin Coku, exploiting his fame as a well-known tik-toker, thought that this intimate relationship with Sibela would be published on this social network. And this is done by opening a profile with his name, posting there a photo in intimate moments with the girl, which seems to have stirred sibela, who already had to face two murderous opinions, that of the public on one side and of the family on the other side. Altin Coku tried to excuse himself, claiming that sibela's photo was not posted by him, but by a friend of his.

In this way, he was also excused from Sibela, while the latter begged him to remove the photo from the social network. But investigators found it was just an alibi of the tick, which had a criminal past and a problematic personality. Here it seems to start another, much more complicated story. Which really shows altin Coku's deep personality problems. And the way he saw human beings as an opportunity to threaten and blackmail them. As in fact, he had done before, where there had often been such events and confrontations with justice. Further investigations into Sibela's suicide and the causes that led to this tragic act of sacrifice, and the search of Altin Coku's phone, created the conviction for the investigative group that this man was not at all trustworthy in his statements. This is also looking back on his dark past, with the same stains on the file.

"From the review of the phone of citizen Altin Çoku, it has resulted that in the Messenger app there are four conversations with offensive and denigrating content and deleted all conversations he had with the citizen, Sibela Abedini. Citizen Andy Haxhiu said during questioning that he does not know Sibela Abedin. He also said that Altin Cokun met him and met at the end of January, where Altini told him he had separated from his wife and therefore asked for support. Andy says he was sitting in the bar with Altin but did not touch his phone," the filing states. After this meeting Andi Haxhiu, the person altin Coku says has published the photo with Sibela, said that the latter asked for debt. But after Andy didn't give it to him, Altini began threatening him. He even brought two pictures of a girl, which he immediately deleted.

"After Altini asked me for 1,000 euros in debt, saying that he would give me the disability support hostage for the next three years, I became interested in a notary, who after consulting him told me that this was impossible to do. After I refused to give him the money, Altini began to threaten and insult me from my family. During this time he sent me two photos on my phone on WhatsApp, where he had gone out with a girl, whom I didn't know. The picture where they looked close to each other and at first glance seemed to have a close relationship," said Andi Haxhiu.

But Altin Coku's evilness seems not to have stopped here. After learning that his friend wouldn't help him with money, he thought of taking revenge on him in a different form by getting into a fight with Sibela and making him believe that it was his friend, in this case Andy, who had published their photo, giving him his phone number at this point. What forced Sibela to write directly to Andy and ask him to remove the photo and close the profile on Tik-Tok. "It was 7:00 when a number wrote to me, and told me to meet with me about the publication of a photo. I didn't know the person who was writing to me. I answered him, telling him not to bother me. If he wanted, he could go to the police to solve this. As these conversations lasted and became troubling, I decided to block this number," Said Andi Haxhiu.

This person who was writing to Andy was Sibel himself, which was also corrobered by the conversations he made available to the investigative group. She asks why she shared her photos and removed them from social media.

"It comes out of the conversation that Sibela is very worried, and she addresses Andy in a harsh tone where she insists on taking these pictures down. Andy tells him to go to the police if there's anything with him," the file says. But this tactic, and the way Altin Coku killed Sibela, was not the first for him in the way he acted and looked at his victims. In 2014, he was investigated by the Kurbin Prosecution for the criminal offense of 'Intravenousness' and 'Malicious use of phone calls'. The investigation was subsequently passed to the Serious Crimes Prosecution in Tirana. From where it turned out that Altin Coku had threatened the citizen Gëzim Sinani.

"Altin Coku and Gëzim Sinani are residents of the city of Laçi, where the latter serves as a neuropsychic doctor, near the hospital of this city. The defendant Altin Coku is married, with a minor child and unemployed. According to the evidence collected, it turns out that the doctor Gëzim Sinani had a patient Altin Choku. But Altin Choku has repeatedly threatened him by asking for money. In June 2014, Altini went to the doctor's office and told him he needed money to treat the girl, but also to give it to his lawyer for a case he had. The doctor says that he felt threatened he has continuously given money to Altin, a sum of up to 4 thousand euros" the dossier of the former Serious Crimes Prosecutor's Office says.

As will be seen in the following conversations, Altin Choku threatens to death the doctor, who apparently took seriously the threats of his patient, whom he apparently knew better than anyone. While Altin Coku was not enough to write phone messages to his doctor, but also sent threatening letters in handwriting.

"I am a home. I'll call you back and get it or you can't find anything. I'm sure you talk to someone because you're alive." "I am glad I am in trouble. Help me if I want to get your lens. Altin's problems with his psychiatrist were also acknowledged by his father, who at police said he felt resigned to him, as the boy was with mental health issues. While from the Psychiatric-Legal Expert Act, in his card doctors write that Altin Coku suffers from narcissistic personality traits. But no disorders of thought, judgment were recorded, as well as having the ability to store and use information. He suffered from a deformity but was not required to be treated for any mental health symptoms.

"When I went to the hospital, I found Dr. Joy, who had sweated and told me that Altini threatened him and that he had asked for money. A few days later Joy told me he was going to the police, after Altini had threatened him again. I said, 'Go ahead, I don't have anything to do anymore.' What I have to say is that my son is mentally ill and regularly treated for his illness," said Pal Çoku.

Regarding this event at the conclusion of the trial, the court sentenced Altin Coku to only 1 year and 6 months in prison. But the Serious Crimes Appeals Court requested the suspension of the remaining prison sentence and probation for a term of five years, ordering that the convict should keep in contact with the Regional Probation Service, as well as not frequent locals serving alcoholic beverages, and undergo a program of medical treatment or rehabilitation. He thus ordered his immediate release from the detention rooms. But leaving the cell, in 2015, Altin Coku returned to the old avalanche of extortion threats. Even this time his obsession was a doctor, in this case a dentist.

"The citizen Nderim Hysa, who has a dental clinic in the no. 3 of the city of Laci, has made a call for tightening by telephone for giving property to the citizen Altin Coku. Specifically, on October 27, 2015, at the morning, at his phone number, sms with a threatening content, for the murder of his son and the destruction of the dental clinic. Messages that he said came from the number of citizen Altin Çoku," the file says. As in the case of the psychiatrist, in this case, the threats were of the same format. Even the amount he was asking for was the same. 4,000 euros, as well as the doctor's joy.

"Rim these sms I'll send you don't make the mistake to tell anyone. If you go to the police, I'll kill your son and you. I want you to get $60,000 by Friday. If you don't give it to me, the boy never sees it. For my brother's soul, you didn't tell me you gave me the money to kill my son. "Don't make the mistake of changing my number because I have the sniper ready. Call me back and tell me, I'll be given it or not. "For the slain, I will be asleep tonight." "You are so brave that you don't write at all. We'll see who's brave. Give me 4,000 euros and leave you alone,"" wrote Altin Coku. But Altin Coku wasn't enough with the threats alone.

He also went to the dentist's son's kindergarten, which was also proved in the testimony of the kindergarten tutor. "The threatening messages that Altin Çoku sent to the dentist Honor Hysa continued in the days to come. To make his threat more credible, Altin Coku also went to the dentist's son's garden, where he asked the educator if he was in this garden and the son of Honor. But she told him he's not here. And at this point he informed the child's father himself, who found Altin there. The honor asked Altin to account, as to why he was looking for his son and whether it was him who had sent him the threatening messages. Altini said at first he was sent to the garden by several people who had hit him with a gun in the head. But after Honor told him that if he told the truth he would no longer deal with him, Altini admitted that he was the one who threatened him, via the phone of a disabled boy from Laçi. "He had a phone in a bar in the city," the document says. After this conversation and the finding of the phone that was hidden in a bar, the dentist doctor appeared at the Police of Laçi, where he also handed over his cell phone.

"We found the phone hidden in a couch in the bar. Where after we pressed #111, we got the phone number that was in use by a disabled man who had known Altin Coku. And that he took Altin's phone to use in order to blackmail me," he said. Altin Çoku himself said that the idea to threaten and scare the dentist Honor Hysa had come to him by drinking coffee and that he wanted to show the place to honor, which was removed according to him braver than he.

"The idea of sending messages to Honor, it dawned on me while I was drinking coffee. "When I met him he always said to me, 'You've done prison, but I'm braver than you.' I wanted him to feel scared too. After I sent the first message, Honor didn't reply, so I decided to send another message in 5 minutes. I drank blood with honor's uncle's son. My main purpose of sending messages was simply to scare honor and not to make money from it. "This was a joke I thought about at that moment," said Altin Coku. Then, the punishment was easy. He was sentenced to only two years in a customary security prison. But the truth is that characters like Altin Coku cannot exist without the help of part of a decaying society, which finds in these individuals and takes them and makes them famous. As with the creation of Tick-Tok, where he took it from a character only his city and justice knew and made it known thanks to clicks on social media.

Giving him not only fame but money. But taking the lives of different people, as he did in the case of Sibela. The photos were posted on the Tik-Tok, just for attention. That the consumers of Tik-Tok would no longer have their attention on his physical problem, the Beast, but the beauty would cover up his bodily defects. But Altin Coku is not the only product that Tik-Toku has known us with in these years. And Sibela, to her own mischieven fate, is not the only victim of these individuals and this industry being used for perverse purposes by these people.

Other cases

Bedrie Loka, who ended her life on January 2, 2024. After a year she was given an open profile in Tik-Tok, where not only was a photo of her posted, but also where she was labeled with admissive words for her morality as a woman and as a mother of four children. She ended her life under constant threat and violence from her husband, who is now in his cell, awaiting trial. While cases of Tik-Tok attack on women and mothers through fake profiles, not only have not decreased but have increased even more.

Where what is noticed is the demeaning, bullying and stigmatising language that is used. For the sake of clicks, there seems to be no shortage of children, who are used by their families. Such seems the case of the 67-year-old grandmother and father who in Saranda used their grandson and son to denigrate with offensive words, the Tik-Tok commenters, who had negative comments about them. The denning came from the boy's mother. After his divorce, he lived in Kuçova.

"After the claim received in December 2023 by E.A., that her ex-husband and his mother were posting on the social network Tik-Tok, video showing her 10-year-old son, using denigrating and banal words, was recorded criminal proceedings for this case. Within the police operation codenamed 'Show', Natasha Rombula and Armando Kumaraku, respectively the grandmother and father of the child, were detained.

Another shocking case was the arrest of Benard Çullhaj, 27, who blackmailed a minor through social media. Police were moved by the 15-year-old's deposition. Specialists from the Cyber Crime Investigation Sector, after the 15-year-old girl reported that a citizen had opened fake social media profiles and blackmailed her to send intimate photos/videos, as well as to have sex with her, immediately organized the work to identify and capture the perpetrator. Within the police operation codenamed "Intimiduesi", Benard Çullhaj was arrested. From the verifications carried out, it has resulted that this citizen has opened false profiles, a 15-year-old woman, on social networks, blackmailed her into sending intimate photos/videos and to have sex with her. "Two other incidents of this criminal nature have been documented, with the suspected 27-year-old and two injured 15 and 16 years old," police said.

But it is the deprivation of medicine freedom to save the victims of Tick-Tock once and for all, from users who use every means to increase their fame and benefits. What is the mechanism to save many other people who, if they have not fallen, are experiencing the same drama as Sibela or others from characters like Altin Coku, or the grandmother who called himself a heroine who was raising a grandson, who at his age should have been in school and not in Tik-Tok, insulting the commenters.
