A 48-year-old man was arrested by the police after he set fire to 3 vehicles in 2022. Frank Ndoja (Bibaj, Kasneci) was arrested by the police.

As a result of the investigative actions, on December 23, 2022, at around 03:20 in the 'Ndoc Mazi' neighborhood of the city of Shkodra, this citizen set fire to 3 vehicles, a Benz owned by AD, a Volkswagen owned by KL and another Benz owned by KD

From the investigations, it is suspected that on 23.12.2022, around 03:20, in the "Ndoc Mazi" neighborhood, the 48-year-old burned with fuel (gasoline), the "Benz" type vehicle owned by citizen AD, the " Benz" owned by the citizen KD and the "Volkswagen" type vehicle owned by the citizen KL.', the police announcement states.

Security cameras filmed the moment when the 48-year-old doused the bumper and front tire with gasoline and set it on fire. 

The procedural materials have been handed over to the Prosecution.
