A violent incident occurred yesterday at a car service in Neos Kosmos, Greece, involving a 49-year-old Albanian citizen and the 45-year-old business owner, of Armenian origin.

According to information, the Albanian initially walked through the store and began insulting the 45-year-old, and then tried to attack him.

Customers and other people present at the scene intervened and managed to remove him. However, before leaving, he allegedly threatened the owner, saying: " You will pay for this in blood ."

A short time later, the 49-year-old Albanian returned to the garage, this time holding a 26-centimeter knife in his hand. According to the same information, he approached the owner shouting: " I will kill you, I will massacre you ."

The 45-year-old's wife and an employee managed to temporarily neutralize the Albanian, while the garage owner then took a 75-centimeter-long car lever and hit him in the head and leg.

The 49-year-old eventually left the scene, continuing to threaten the owner.

"I'll kill you, but I don't want to kill you in front of your wife. I'll find you alone, I'll burn your shop," he reportedly shouted before leaving.

The 49-year-old was arrested for insult, attempted bodily harm and illegal possession of a weapon, while the Armenian was arrested for dangerous bodily harm./Protothema
