Social networks were initially described as a revolution in the field of communication, but no one talked about the disadvantages they have. Through them, people with fake addresses bully, insult and threaten others and often get out of these stories without getting wet. Such is the case that Fiks Fare handled on Wednesday evening, where a 37-year-old woman was blackmailed on Tik Tok. Under her name, the blackmailers opened various addresses with photos and videos of the 37-year-old and her family members. But even though she filed a police report about what happened to her, the 37-year-old from Mokra e Pogradec asks for the help of Fiks Fare, since the police did nothing.

Since January 2023, EH has had a conflict with several people who claim that the whistleblower has opened derogatory social networks. In exchange, the people of the conflict, the whistleblower of Fiks Fare, took some photos and videos from her social networks Facebook and Instagram and then opened different social addresses where they insulted the citizen and blackmailed her.

She shows that she has a Tik Tok page in use and only uses that one. There he met a girl who used an address with photos and videos of Russian models, where the site administrator advised her not to use other people's images as there could be problems. After this, several addresses were opened to the whistleblower EH, where the title contains the citizen's first and last name accompanied by insults. Also, a few days ago, two videos arrived where a person named EP resident in Saranda threatened her with a knife in his hand for her life and that of her family, saying: I will cut off her head and stick the knife in her throat !

On March 20, 2023, the 37-year-old woman says that someone named Denis, accompanied by another girl, went to her house and blackmailed her. The complainant called 129, but there was no response from the blue uniforms of the city of Pogradec. On March 22, the complainant appeared at the Pogradec Police Station and the police officers told her that the file will go to the prosecutor's office. During this period, the whistleblower receives blackmailing text messages from time to time where they tell her that they will destroy her and her family, and the threats are even more severe where it is written "your head will be in the lake of Pogradec in a few days".

After the meeting with Fiks Fare journalists, the whistleblower is directed to the Prosecutor's Office of Pogradec. In the information office, they tell him that he should make a request for file acceleration. Then he goes to the city police station, where the head of this institution, Klodian Kondi, tells him that he is aware of the case and that all the reports along with the facts have been filed in the investigative file.

Regarding the recent photos and videos that have arrived at his address, the boss tells him that he should file another report and attach them to the file for investigation. In case there is something urgent, he should call again on the police phone numbers 112 or 129. For the concern of the citizen from the city of Pogradec, Fiks Fare journalists called the office of the coordinator for the Right to Information of the Prosecutor's Office in the city of Pogradec to ask what measures have been taken for the safety of the citizen and her family members until the investigation of this matter is completed.

In a telephone conversation with journalists, he asked you to contact him with a request for information. On the same day, this institution replied that it has registered criminal proceedings with number 102 on March 24, 2023 with the charge of intimidation. However, he mentions that he cannot provide more information due to investigative secrecy. In the same response, the prosecution writes that, without breaching this secret, on March 17, 2023, at 12:00 p.m., the citizen EH filed a complaint with the Pogradec Police, who stated that for 1 month she was threatened by the citizen EP, 6 days later, the complainant re-presented herself to the police and stated that the DP citizen went to her apartment, where he shot her in the arm and pushed her.

The police claim that the complainant refused to visit the hospital. The judicial police officer reviewed and received 2 video footage from the complainant. In the end, the Prosecutor's Office of Pogradec does not provide any information about further actions, citing that they are "secret". From March 17, when it was the first day of reporting by the complainant, until today, there is no coercive measure against the reported person; obligation to appear, house arrest or prison arrest! As a result, due to the lack of actions by the police and the prosecution, the complainant continues to feel threatened, as every day, she sees the next threats on social networks./ FiksFare
