The arrest for domestic violence of a 24-year-old man by the officers of Police Station no. 6 in Tirana revealed another scandal. The police have suspicions that the young man arrested for the violence against his co-habitant had sexual relations with an 11-year-old minor girl.

In an exclusive confession to the reporter of Report TV, Besmira Pelushaj, the woman says that she is threatened by her cohabitant's relatives to withdraw the complaint against Ramis H., a military professional who has been in custody since September 6.

She requests a protection order from her cohabitant's family members as she feels threatened for her life and her two daughters. 

How did you meet Ramis H.?

The young woman was sheltered in the Center for the Protection of Women and Children after she left her Italian roommate who abused and mistreated her even though she was pregnant.

Then came the acquaintance with the roommate

 "I was in the center because I lived with an Italian. I was 5 months old. I met him at work. He tied me up, abused me, until I couldn't stand it anymore and filed a complaint with the Durrës police. I asked for a protection order, but they didn't give me one, but I was sent to the Protection Center in Tirana when my daughter was 2 weeks old. I stayed 1.5 years. There came a girl from Mallakastra who stayed for 6 months and told me about her husband's brother-in-law.

At first I hesitated, because I was afraid because I had been through a lot of violence, but then I thought it would be a good person for me to have by my side, because I have no one, I am alone. I met Ramiz H. in the bar. The acquaintance lasted 1 month. I agreed to get out of the Center and cohabitate with him with the whole oyster. It was very well behaved. He was holding the oyster. He was talking to his aunt's cup. I suspected something and he said no. But later I realized that he had gone with his aunt's cup.
The police accused him of sexual harassment of an 11-year-old minor.

"I found out through messages and videos. They were banal. I told the incident to my brother-in-law who told me to shut up. I told him I can't be quiet because I have a daughter and I don't trust him"
What happened next?

"It became more violent. He threatened my life. "He grabbed me by the throat," says the woman, adding that this prompted her to report to the police at police station No. 6, while his family members demand that he withdraw the report.

"His people tell me to remove the denunciation because you will have consequences. My brother takes me and tells me to withdraw the complaint"  
The woman accuses her cohabitant of other cases of abuse


"Yes, there was another one. People close to him told me. But I don't have facts"
The young woman requests a protection order because she is afraid of her co-habitant's family members, while her biggest fear is that she will not live on the streets.

The mother of 2 minor daughters makes an appeal for help, as she lives in difficult economic conditions.

 "I am alone with my daughter. Please help me" says the woman in her appeal.
