The attack that injured three people in a bar in Elbasan resembles a real movie scene. A2 has learned that the perpetrator approached the place where he had prepared the attack camouflaged in a black sweatshirt, gloves, a blonde wig and a Halloween mask.
His humorous attire led to him being followed for several minutes by 5 random children who accompanied him with laughter, considering it a game.
From the verification of security camera videos, he managed to avoid the minors, and then acted by firing 7 bullets at the customers on the veranda of the bar in the "Banesa" neighborhood.
The injured were Renaldo Mançe, 31, Armand Tomorrica, 32, and the bar's waiter, 19-year-old Bjorgi Hoxha. Fortunately, all three are out of danger.
But none of them were the target of the assassination.
The perpetrator's target was citizen F. Sharra, who was in the same premises where the attack took place. The perpetrator quickly fled the scene but was pursued by an off-duty police officer who was standing with his two children inside the premises where the incident occurred.
Even though he did not have his service weapon with him, the officer pursued the perpetrator, who, while leaving, threw the pistol on the ground, which has been seized by the investigation team and will serve to find evidence to identify the aggressor.
Police verifications after the serious act show the perpetrator running towards a stream where he lost track. The incident, which occurred in an area considered problematic, raised strong suspicions of clashes between groups.
F. Sharra himself, considered by the police as the suspected target of the aggression, is said to be the nephew of one of the well-known characters of the criminal world in the city. But during questioning, F. Sharra denied having any conflicts. In a post on social networks, Kastriot Kila, known as "Ot Kila", reacted by stating that his nephew is not the target of the attack and that he was there by chance and has nothing to do with the event.
