The capture of 8 pistols in the port of Durrës, which had as their final destination England, has brought investigations for the owner of the transport agency, "Sihana Transport".

The company operates in Albania near a private hospital in Tirana. As it turns out that since February 2021 it has been registered as a business in the Luton area of ​​London, whose owner is Guxim Sefolli.

The latter is currently in England, while in May 2021, his name was withheld by the police after an amount of 124 thousand pounds was blocked in the Port of Durrës, which was being transported from England to Albania.

At that time the entire amount of Pounds was put into several packages and small bags.

While almost two years later, again in the port of Durres, in the van owned by Hasiani Guxim Sefolli, 8 pistols and ammunition of different calibers, destined for England, were seized.

SPAK and the State Police have already started investigations to identify other persons involved in this case.

While the only one arrested for the charge of "Trafficking in firearms" is the driver of the van, citizen Jetmir Koloshi.

During the questioning, the driver of the van told the police what he knew, but he was unable to say the name of the person who had taken the box with the table, where the 8 pistols and ammunition were placed.

SPAK has already seized the footage of the storage point of the postal facilities, from where they were put into the van captured in the port of Durrës.

In the hope of discovering the persons who took the table where the 8 weapons were located, the investigation group has seized the footage of a car wash and a private hospital, which is located near the "Sihana Transport" warehouse.

Until this stage of the investigation, several people are being verified. While SPAK has today requested the help of the English authorities in order to locate and verify the owner of the company, Guxim Sefolli.

In order to shed light on this issue, SPAK has urgently requested the ballistic expertise of 8 weapons, in order to learn if they were used in other criminal events.

Dactyloscopic expertise for fingerprints and examination for biological factors that can be found in the metal layer of 8 weapons have also been requested./OraNews
