Hygerta Meta is the 19-year-old who shot and killed her father in Durrës and then buried him in the yard of the apartment where they lived in the Shënavlash area.

The victim is citizen Pëllumb Meta, whose family had declared him missing 10 days ago.

It is learned that the young woman stated that the reason for the serious incident was the unwilling engagement that her father wanted to make her.

According to the police report, on February 13, around 10:30 p.m., the citizen with the initials HM, 25 years old, resident of the village of Shënavlash reported to the police that his father, citizen PM, 50 years old, resident of Shënavlash, Durrës, and that they had lost contact with him.

The reason is said to be a conflict between the daughter and the father, as the latter wanted to betroth the 19-year-old.
