The absence of the former mayor of Durrës Vangjush Dako, as well as the defense lawyer, led to the failure of the session where the prosecution would read the final conclusions for 4 defendants.

Judge Elsa Ulliri adjourned the hearing on November 12 at 14.00, where prosecutor Sotir Kllapi will announce the claim for citizens Vangjush Dako, Fiqiri Farruku, Fatmir Ejupi and Adrian Bulku.

The lawyer of the former mayor, two hours before the session, submitted to the court secretariat a request for postponement due to health reasons.

Regarding this request, both parties agreed to postpone the session, while the prosecutor stated that he has his conclusions ready.

Dako is under house arrest.
