Jehovah's Witnesses are on trial with Prime Minister Edi Rama and the Albanian Government.
Sources indicate that they have gone to court to fulfill their request to receive the status of a religious community in Albania.
It is also learned that the lawsuit is awaiting trial in the High Court.
The lawsuit was previously pending before the Administrative Court of Appeal.
