The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana sent a letter to the Prosecutor's Office of Kenya and asked them to make available the autopsy that was performed on the 22-year-old in the morgue of the hospital where she died. This request comes within the framework of the Tirana prosecutor's investigation into the death of Joy Ayoko. The 22-year-old left Albania on January 25 of this year, towards her hometown to be treated at Kenyatta Hospital, in Kenya. Joy left the trauma hospital in a half coma, unconscious and passed away in Kenya.

They discussed with Joy's mother, the doctors who care for the young woman in the hospital and then met with the police officers who are investigating the incident, who took them to the apartment where the brutal rape of the 22-year-old took place.

So far, no one has been arrested in connection with the case, but the police claimed that they are in pursuit of the perpetrators. The 22-year-old Kenyan woman was in a coma in the Trauma hospital with broken ribs and bones, hand and stomach injuries and brain damage since August 14. It is suspected that the 22-year-old woman jumped from the balcony of the room of the building where she was staying, and the report to the police was made by one of her friends. The young woman worked in a casino in Tirana where she lived for a long time together with some of her friends also from Kenya. The mother of the Kenyan girl, who lived in Tirana with some of her friends, was notified by the casino company that her daughter had ended up in the hospital. According to her, the girl had told her friends that she was being stalked by a taxi driver who constantly asked her to have intimate relationships.
