The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana sent the businessman Rezart Taçi for trial in connection with a fraud scheme created by him through which he carried out fictitious transactions.

"From the investigations carried out within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 206 of 2018, it resulted that the company 'Kuid' shpk, as a retail sales agent of the company 'Taçi Oil International Trading and Supply Company' sh.a., has billed service commissions more in quantity than the quantity actually supplied for the period May-December 2013", informs the prosecution.

Yes, according to the investigations of the prosecution, the company 'Taçi Oil International Trading and Supply Company' sh.a. for the type of fuel "Diesel" from May-October 2013, it sold an amount of 1,298,095 liters and invoiced an amount of 4,591,093 liters, with a difference of 3,292,998 liters worth 36,818,845 ALL. As for the type of fuel 'Gasoline', it has sold 608,093 liters, invoicing 1,934,446 with a value of 15,070,950 ALL.

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana completed the investigations and sent to trial the defendant RT accused of the criminal offense "Creation of fraudulent schemes related to VAT" provided by article 144/ai of the Criminal Code.

From the investigations carried out within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 206 of 2018, it resulted that the company 'Kuid' shpk, as a retail sales agent of the company 'Taçi Oil International Trading and Supply Company' sh.a., has billed service commissions more in quantity than the quantity actually supplied for the period May-December 2013.

This company has unfairly credited VAT in the amount of ALL 10,399,595. Also, with a fictitious transaction, the expenses of the year were unfairly burdened for the amount of ALL 51,997,975.

From the tax audit, it was found that the company 'Taçi Oil International Trading and Supply Company' sh.a. for the type of fuel "Diesel" from May-October 2013, it sold an amount of 1,298,095 liters and invoiced an amount of 4,591,093 liters, with a difference of 3,292,998 liters worth 36,818,845 ALL. As for the type of fuel 'Gasoline', it has sold 608,093 liters, invoicing 1,934,446 with a value of 15,070,950 ALL.
