Arsid Hoxha, 22 years old and Ersild Ishmi, 33 years old, were tragically killed this evening in Velipoja, due to a banal conflict.

The suspected authors of this double murder are the two brothers Eduard and Gëzim Frroku, owners of a hotel.

They are currently on the run and are being sought by the police.

The serious event happened around 21:00 in the evening, while as for the motive, its genesis had started in June of this year.

In a statement to the media, the director of the police of Shkodra, Edmond Sulaj, said that the cause is suspected to have been a fight between the waiter and the cook of the bar, in the hotel of the Frroku brothers. 

"It is thought that the cause of this conflict is a debate between the two victims and the owners of the hotel "Lakaj", Eduard and Gëzim Frroku. The cause of this conflict was a debate that took place on June 28 of this year between the waiter and the cook of this bar", said Sulaj.

Initially, the two young men were seriously injured.

They were rushed to the hospital, but despite medical help, they could not survive and died.

As the police authorities continue to work to catch the two perpetrators of the crime, investigations into the serious event continue.
