Erjon Alibej, arrested by SPAK as the orderer and financier of some of the murders that occurred in the last three years, has agreed to speak for the three prosecutors who are following the investigations of the "Golden Bullet" operation.

With his testimony, Alibej seems to be returning as the 5th partner and penitent of SPAK in this case, after Klevis Alla, Nuredin Duman, Henrik Hoxha and Euglent Halil.

Ora News learns that Alibej has told about several criminal events, in which he was also involved.

His confession also relates to murders, which he claims to know who committed and financed them.

Up to this stage where the case is, SPAK has not yet given Erjon Alibej the status of an accomplice as his testimony is still under verification.

For this reason, SPAK has withdrawn from the districts the files of the events that the suspect spoke about and is re-examining the circumstances and the evidence.

Erjon Alibej, together with Euglent Halil and Julian Hoxha, have been accused of murdering citizen Regis Runaj.

But as soon as the file went to trial, the prosecutor of the case, Behar Dibra, asked the Special Court to withdraw the investigative acts only for the defendant, Erjon Alibej, with the argument that SPAK was also investigating other murders.

Now the prosecutors are carrying out a bunch of other actions, where they are verifying the testimonies given by Erjon Alibej.

If the latter will gain the status of associate of justice, then he will return to the penitent of the 5th of this voluminous file, which talks about a series of robberies and murders for hire.

The cooperation of the arrested Alibej with justice may bring a second wave of arrests by SPAK after he has revealed the names of over 30 people involved in criminal events.

The prosecution has recently asked to interrogate the citizen Elton Kila alias (Oti), who is the person whom Nuredin Dumani and Henrik Hoxha planned to kill in March 2022 in Elbasan.

According to Dumani, the order to kill "Oti" was requested by Suel Çela, while according to the other associate, Nuredin Dumani requested the murder of Elton Kila, since according to him "Oti" sheltered and fed Talo Çela./Ora News
