The two Egyptian workers, one a driver and the other a passenger, who were killed when the concrete pump truck they were riding in collided with a car near Daegu on Wednesday afternoon, did not have a driver's license.

The Directorate of Road Transport Services explains that they were not even equipped with a Professional Certificate of Competence for the "AUTOMATOR" profile.

Also, the Egyptian workers had not presented a document recognizing their skills as concrete mixer drivers.
