Bardh Spahia appeared today at the GJKKO, where his trial will be held.

The former mayor of Shkodra is accused by the Special Prosecution Office of the criminal offense of "Obstructing the execution of court decisions".

Mark Molla is the person who was dismissed from office by the former mayor and who was ordered to return to office.

But the failure to implement the court's decision by the former local government official is considered by SPAK as a criminal offense, and for this reason he has been handed over as a defendant to the Anti-Corruption Court.

Bardh Spahia insisted that the law was applied to employee Mark Molla and, according to him, the facts show this.

Earlier, the former mayor of Shkodra requested in a preliminary hearing that the case be dismissed, declaring himself innocent, as according to him the facts do not exist.
