Ervis Martinaj's father, Mustafa Martinaj, appeared again this Thursday morning near the GJKKO premises.

Mustafa Martinaj seeks justice for his son Ervis Martinaj, who has cut off contact with his family since August 2022 and has been declared a missing person.

For the third time, Mustafa Martinaj appeared before the Special Court in the ongoing process against his son, regarding SPAK's request for the confiscation of certain assets that, according to the prosecution, are not justified by legal sources.


We recall that earlier, in statements to the media, Mustafa Martinaj stated that he had submitted to the Kurbin Prosecutor's Office precise coordinates and specific names of persons who, according to him, may be involved in the disappearance of Ervis Martinaj, but despite this, no investigative action has been taken and the case has been forgotten.

According to him, criminal police leaders over the years have been interested in keeping the incident from being solved.

Martinaj also stated that he made all the information available to the Special Prosecution Office, but since then, according to him, no one has been interested in the progress of the investigations.
