Speaking to the media, Mr. Meta's lawyer, Kujtim Cakrani, said that charges have been dropped for lobbying in the US, as according to him it was the prosecutor himself who said this in the hearing.

He also explained the progress of this session, saying that the SPAK prosecutor presented 5 dossiers, three of which, according to him, were translations for lobbying in the US.

The prosecutor says he is verifying the assets of Mr. Meta's ex-mother-in-law or ex-wife and did not say anything about Mr. Meta. Asked by a journalist why Mr. Meta is not requesting release on bail, lawyer Cakrani said that there is no way to request it when he has no assets at all.

Mr. Meta has no guarantees to give, he has none, he is not asking for release to leave assets because he has zero assets. He only has 1/4 of his father's assets.
