The lawyers of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha have sued the judge of GJKKO Irena Gjoka in SPAK, for violation, according to them, of the Constitution.

While the session is continuing at the GJKKO, Berisha's lawyer, Genc Gjokutaj stated that a few moments ago he submitted the request for the exclusion of Judge Gjoka from the process.

According to him, the judge abused her duty, as she approved the measure "compulsion to appear" with "prohibition of movement abroad", which according to the defense party is in violation of the Constitution, since a member of the Assembly cannot be prohibited from moving.

"On the part of Mr. Berisha today, a report was made to SPAK against the judge of the case for violation of the Constitution. We requested the dismissal of judge Irena Gjoka and submitted the request. We are waiting for the decision on the review of the request for her exclusion.
