GJKKO has confiscated the assets of the uncle of ' Ben Qimes ' Arben Isufaj.


SPAK notice:

I. Confiscation of the assets of the subject Ahmet Isufaj.

The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime with decision no. 130 dated 19.09.2023, has decided to uphold decision no. 17 dated 04.05.2023 of the Special Court of First Instance against Corruption and Organized Crime Organized, related to the confiscation of the assets of citizens Ahmet Isufaj, subject to Normative Act No. 1, dated 31.01.2020 "On preventive measures in the framework of strengthening the fight against terrorism, organized crime, serious crimes and the consolidation of the security order public", and the persons related to it, as follows:

1 . Real estate of the "Building" type, with an area of ​​529.40m², (a complex of Bar-Restaurant, Laundry, Parking services, located in Sheq i Madh-Fier, owned by citizens Ahmet Ferit Isufaj and Mariana Shyqyri Isufaj;

2.  Real estate of the type "Truall", with property no. 8/538, with an area of ​​1580 m², on which a building with an area of ​​1200 m² has been built (Shop), which is located in Sheq-Fier, owned of Amarildo Ahmet Isufaj;

3 . Real estate of the "Unit" type, with an area of ​​55.16 m², (of which 16.56 m² is common area), owned by citizen E. Bregu (Isufaj), which is located in the neighborhood "1 Maji" - Fier, no. 13, 1st floor;

4. Vehicle type "AUDI A4", license plate AB902AA, chassis number WAUZZZ8KX9A022809, dark gray color, owned by citizen Amarildo Ahmet Isufaj;
