The structures of the Special Force for Special Operations and Search arrested the citizen, Liam Osmani , 44 years old , while he was in the house of Big Brother Albania Vip 3 , yesterday.

Dritan Shehaj , Liam Osmani 's lawyer, told Breaking with Fiori Dardha in Top News that this process was done without his knowledge and with lawyers who have no competence on Liam's part.

Lawyer, Dritan Shehaj told Top News : " I learned about the case yesterday and I had to take a stand because of the paradox of the situation. We are talking about a foreign citizen, who was not given any kind of document to notify him by the authorities of the respective country, everything was done in his absence.

The decision refers to him as an Albanian citizen, which is wrong, since Liam is a German citizen and since 2019 he does not have Albanian citizenship, as it was revoked by decree from the President of the Republic.

This decision cannot be made as a template, with unannounced announcements through a process done without his knowledge and with lawyers who have no competence whatsoever on Liam's part.

It is very strange how a decision from 2022 does not appear registered with the police bodies where Liam from Germany passes regularly, comes to Rinas, it does not turn out that he is wanted, lives for a week in Tirana in the middle of the Block, they see him on television and they go and put him in jail. We should feel good that the 'State Police' is watching Big Brother .

We remind you that the Court of Tirana imposed a sentence of 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment for the criminal offense of "fraud", in May 2022.

Osmani, through fraud, acquired 17 tourist tickets to Germany in 2019, for which he did not make the corresponding payments.

Police notification:

The structures of the Special Force for Special Operations and Search arrested the citizen Liam Osmani, 44 years old, while he was in the house of Big Brother Albania Vip 3.

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, on 09.05.2022, has sent the order for the execution of the criminal decision dated 23.02.2022, for the punishment of this citizen with 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment for the criminal offense "Fraud".

This citizen, in 2019, through fraud, acquired 17 tourist tickets to Germany, for which he did not make the corresponding payments.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further procedural actions.
