The appeal of GJKKO gives the decision on the security measure for Oncology

The doctors of the Oncology Hospital have appealed the security measure regarding the investigations of the case considered as the "scandal of the Oncology".

Thus, on September 18, the Appeal of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime will give the decision on the security measure against doctors Edmond Gashi, Brikena Qirjazi, Halil Gashi and Florian Marku.

We remind you that the Oncology doctor, who also has a private clinic for the treatment of patients suffering from cancer, has the security measure of house arrest.

The charges against them are drug smuggling, corruption and abuse of office.

Doctors and other employees of the Oncology Hospital are facing accusations that they have implemented a scheme to send patients diagnosed with tumors to the private hospital and for this they received different monetary values.
