The businessman, Pellumb Gjoka, through his defense, has filed a lawsuit in the Constitutional Court where he requests the invalidity of "SKY" communications.

The lawsuit has moved from the consultation room to a public session, while the date for the review of the lawsuit has not yet been set.

The persons under the charge object to the way in which the documents from SPAK made available by the Belgian and French authorities were withdrawn.

In principle, the constitutional college has decided to pass it to a public session, but there is still no decision.

SPAK, on ​​the other hand, demands that the Constitutional Court dismiss the appeal, leaving in force the measures given by the GJKKO and the appeal of the GJKKO, which considers it to be legal evidence.

It is expected that by Tuesday the lawyers will submit the additional documents requested by the Constitutional Court.
