Accident in Durrës

An accident occurred today near the Rock of Kavaja, where an ambulance collided with a vehicle on the way to the hospital.

Inside the ambulance was a 64-year-old woman from Berat, who was being transported for medical assistance. She was accompanied by her husband and a nurse, but their emergency journey took an unexpected turn.

It is previously stated that all three have sustained injuries, but they are not life-threatening, while the traffic police are investigating the circumstances of the accident that caused heavy traffic on the Kavajë-Plepa axis, blocking a convoy of military vehicles moving on the road.
