Çoku was a patient of GZ who served as a neuro-psychiatrist near the Laçi hospital, while the accused had health problems. Altin Çoku, according to the file, has asked the GS doctor several times before, verbally, by phone, phone messages and written letters.

In the threatening messages, Altini told the doctor that if he did not give him money, he would contact the director of the hospital, so that he would be fired.

Llesh Ndoci, who was the director of the hospital in 2014, stated at that time that he went to the neuro-psychiatrist GS's office and told him that Altin Çoku was worried. He declares that he called Altini and confronted him, since Altini had claims that the doctor did not serve him with medicines and prescriptions.

Altini claimed that G. did not serve him with medicines and prescriptions. Doctor G. did not tell me that he was pressured for any other reason. I told the latter that for any problem he would have, he would come and inform me. After this case it has not presented me any problem……. later I found out from different people that Altini took money from doctor GS" - the file says.
