Accused of forcibly terminating his partner's pregnancy, the 27-year-old

The 27-year-old accused of violently terminating the pregnancy of his 19-year-old partner has been released with restrictive conditions.

The young man declared that he is innocent and finally, after the end of the pardon, he was released under strict conditions.

The restrictive conditions imposed on him are as follows:

- payment of the guarantee (2000 euros)

- and not to approach the 19-year-old

The lawyer of the 27-year-old argued saying: " He has not done anything, having as a guide the forensic report where it is said that there is no trace of violence against the specific plaintiff and other claims that show opposition to the plaintiff's claims. All her claims are contradictory".

At the same time, the young man's lawyer claims that his client never left his partner, nor did he take the wallet she claimed she stole from him.

"He left the hospital at eight o'clock in the morning and went to get her mother for which he informed her, he sat with her for two or three hours in the hospital and then at noon he brought her fluids and other things. He was always with her."
