SPAK action against structured criminal group: Arrest warrant for Mir Pepa,
Jetmir Pepa alias Marashi

SPAK has today finalized an operation against an international structured criminal group related to drug trafficking and money laundering.

It is learned that by decision of the Criminal Court of Kosovo, 11 security measures have been issued, among them for a person known as Jetmir Pepa alias Marashi.

As part of this operation, 3 members of the group, Lulzim Pepaj, Florian Marku and Anton Kola, were arrested. While eight others are wanted. Some of the latter are not in Albania.

The measures were issued at the request of prosecutor Alfred Shehu.

Through an announcement, SPAK announces that 12 million euros of various assets have been seized as part of this operation.

SPAK also reports that this criminal group has trafficked around 7.5 tons of cocaine from Latin America to Europe in several episodes.
