A fatal accident has been recorded in the village of Rrenas, in the municipality of Belsh. According to preliminary information from the Elbasan Local Police Directorate, citizen KI, 20 years old, is suspected of having crashed into a pedestrian with the vehicle he was driving.

As a result of the collision, citizen Rr. T., 73 years old, was urgently transported to the hospital, but due to severe injuries, she died during medical treatment.

The police inform that the necessary procedural actions are being taken against the driver of the vehicle, while he is at the disposal of the investigative bodies.
