A witness to the injury in the Korça Market has shown in shock the moment when the 52-year-old woman was attacked with an ax by the 36-year-old man who is suspected of suffering from mental health problems. According to her, the author shot the woman several times with an ax even though there was no fight or conflict. The witness says that the 52-year-old woman is a respected woman who sells in the market and has no problems with anyone.

"Here I was, she was there, he came with an ax, he went to this bench, my body is shaking, I can't speak. He hit her with an ax, she raised her hands, cried wo wo wo and fell down. He just hit him with an ax. There was no fight, no conflict. He came with an ax, then I didn't see him because they were hooded. I know the woman, she is very good, she sells here. He respected us as much as he didn't. Then her husband came and became a cap, I didn't see what happened. They said he was drugged and ran away. I've eaten my stomach, my legs are shaking, I'm being slandered and I'm going to pass out in my sleep. From what we have learned so far, during the conflict, another citizen tried to push the aggressor away, but was injured. With an ax in hand, he started shooting at the 52-year-old woman, who was selling at the Korca Market.
