Sources told VoxNews that the candidate for dean at the Faculty of History and Philology will be journalism professor Mark Marku .

The former deputy of the Democratic Party, Mark Marku, a harsh critic of the socialist government, was seen on the "Flasim" podcast of the Prime Minister, Edi Rama, a few days ago.

What surprised the viewers of the prime minister's podcast even more was Rama's public apology for the 'attacks' during the 2021 election campaign, where Mark Marku was the political leader in Lezhë.

"First of all, I want to apologize for a reason that does not make me proud. I feel that at one point during the barricades during the last campaign, if I'm not mistaken, you were a candidate in Lezha and I said the name Mark Marku at the rally in Lezha, but with a word of irony that does not make me proud today", said Rama.

But what did Prime Minister Rama say about the candidate for deputy Mark Marku during the electoral campaign of the 2021 elections:

During a meeting in Lezhë in the 2021 election campaign, where he presented the candidates for deputies, Rama attacked the 2 candidates listed at the beginning of the PD list in Lezhë, Mark Markun and Agron Gjekmarkajn .

Rama said that the people of Lezhne should not vote for Mark because he will not do any work, while Gjekmarkaj was described as a "lolo".

"I told you in this square, don't vote for Frrok Frokun. You voted for him and he went to jail. I'm telling you again from this square not to vote for Mark Mark Mark Mark doesn't go to jail, but he can't do any work. The only thing he did was to threaten to throw a bottle at Fevziu, but even then, he is no longer an analyst. Okay Mark Mark, what about that tail from the back, Gjekmarku? He is lolo, I know him from my own experience because I have had several confrontations with him", said Rama, among other things.

Likewise, Rama had ironized the appointment of lecturer Mark Marku as a political leader in this district for the April 25 elections.

Krahas videos, Rama ironizon Markun duke shkruar: “Presor gazetarie dhe kandidat për ministër arsimi i OpBashkuar opopo”.

Ndërkohë duket se edhe ish-deputeti ka lënë pas ofendimet e Ramës, duke pranuar kështu faljen e tij.

“Gjyshi im ka pasur emrin Mark. Një herë dikush më tha: Pse nuk e ndërron emrin? Po me këtë emër do të paragjykohesh. Nuk kam pse ta ndërroj. Jam mësuar me të e do më dukej sikur nuk jam ai”-tha Mark Marku.

Sipas ministres Spiropali, dy profesorat i parashtruan ide dhe projekte që synojnë një bashkëpunim trepolar mes dy universiteteve dhe Kuvendit të Shqiperisë apo edhe qeverisë shqiptare për të rritur trasparencën mes tyre dhe qytetarëve.

Rregulloret e procesit zgjedhor në universitete

Rregulloret e procesit zgjedhor janë hartuar si dhe janë ngritur komisionet institucionale të zgjedhjeve, teksa priten emrat e kandidatëve, të cilët kanë të drejtë të vetëkandidohen, në varësi edhe të disa kritereve.

Mirëpo, kur akademikët janë përfshirë në ethet e përgatitjes së zgjedhjeve universitare, në përgjithësi studentët nuk janë në dijeni të procesit, e madje shprehen paragjykues për rezultatin.

Kritika dhe mos-interesimi i studentëve për zgjedhjet në universitet:

“E di që ekziston si proces, por nuk më intereson të merrem”. “Nuk do votoj se nuk besoj”, u shprehën disa prej studentëve, shkruan tch.

Ndërsa pesha e studentëve në përzgjedhjen e autoriteteve drejtuese në universitete, krahasuar me pedagogët , llogaritet në masën 10% të totalit të votave.

“Transparenca duhet më shumë për mendimin tim dhe meritokracia. Pesha e studentëve duhet të ishte 50 me 50 se ne e dimë më mirë kush duhet të na drejtojë”, tha një studente.

Kush rektor lejohet të kandidojë dhe kush jo:

Ligji për arsimin e lartë lejon që rektorët, dekanët apo drejtuesit e departamenteve të shërbejnë vetëm në dy mandate.

Në këto kushte, do të ndërpritet karriera e drejtuesit për rektorin e mjekësisë Arben Gjata, rektorin e politeknikut Andrea Maliqarin, rektorin e arteve Kastriot Caushin dhe rektorët e universiteteve të rretheve në Vlorë, Elbasan dhe Gjirokastër.
