200,000 Lek bribe/ Doctor Fitim Marku remains in prison, the doctor and head nurse of Trauma is released

The Tirana police released the two doctors who were escorted to the Trauma Hospital on Friday after questioning them.

The persons in question are the KB citizens with the duty of nurse and SB, with the duty of doctor. Meanwhile, the resuscitation doctor Fitim Marku, who was arrested red-handed at the workplace by the operational agents, remains in the cell.

According to the prosecution body, from the investigations carried out so far, it was found that these citizens received significant sums of money from various patients for performing scans at the Trauma Hospital in Tirana.

The prosecutor's office continues its investigations to document other actions carried out by other medical personnel involved in what it itself describes as a corruption scheme.
