SPAK Head Klodian Braho is reporting to the KLP regarding the work done in 2025 by the Special Prosecution Office .

He stated that during this time, 12.4 million euros in cryptocurrencies were confiscated, but highlighted problems related to their storage and administration.

This is because, according to him, due to the nature of cryptocurrencies alone, the figures can change drastically in a short time.

Braho: We have problems with the administration of confiscated cryptocurrencies. Work is underway to approve the legal framework for their administration. We hope that this will be regulated soon, so that cryptocurrency portfolios can be administered because it is also related to their implementation, since these are figures that can change drastically in a very short time.
