The court clarified the story of a family that was entering to see a relative in prison, but that along with the food was unknowingly bringing drugs. When the prisoner's mother and brother were arrested and escorted to the police station, they were stunned to find prison police shoving several bags of drugs in front of their faces.

At this point, before the risk of ending up in the cell, they have decided to speak. They revealed that the food was a gift from a friend of the family, who had decided to treat his friend not only to sandwiches, but also to hashish.

But this story turned into a case of testimonies, expertise and actions that were put in search of the generous person who did not forget his friend and even decided not to leave him even in the most difficult days. An expert report shows that the prisoner's brother was not a user, which ruled out the possibility that he had contact with hashish dealers in the capital, as well as the possibility that he was a drug dealer. The same forensic medical examination report at the hospital center confirmed the same for the prisoner's mother.

The fascicule released by the Supreme Court requests the rescheduling of the trial for the generous friend, and exposes the entire history of the trial.

When the mother and son were found by the police security services in the prisons, with five sandwiches in which they had inserted five bags of hashish in the file, it is noted that both of them shrugged their shoulders and insisted that they knew nothing.

But no one believed him due to the fact that many relatives smuggle drugs into prisons for their family members.

"We found cases where a woman put hashish in the intimate area for her husband, whom she was going to meet in the special room. This citizen was referred in a free state", said one of the prison officials to Gazetasi.al, who insists that the examples of hiding drugs in the body are the most typical.

"In the collected hair, in the mouth, but revealed. In food it is the most difficult to detect, but even there they have been caught. We had a case of hashish inserted into the potato, after it was emptied and then the dyed skin was attached", recalls one of the prison officers who traced the case to the light weight of the potatoes.

Sipas vendimit që ju vendos në dispozicion Gazetasi.al shtetasi E.C ( vëllai i të burgosurit) thotë: Nuk kam dijeni për lëndën narkotike pasi sanduiçët i mora tek një lokal i cili gjendej përballë burgut, pasi aty i kishte lënë një shok i vëllait të cilin nuk e njoh, pasi për këtë më ka vënë në dijeni nëna. Vëllai më tha se tek ai lokali kishte lënë një shok disa ushqime dhe një palë pantallona.

Përmendet në dosje se komunikimi telefonik i shtetases A. C.  me djalin e saj E. C vërteton bisedat midis të burgosurit dhe të ëmës.

“Pas kryerjes së veprimeve hetimore nga Oficeri i Policisë Gjyqësore, pas pyetjes së shtetasve A. C.  E. C. dhe M. S.  rezulton se sasinë e bimës narkotike të fshehur brenda sanduiçëve e kishte lënë një person i paidentifikuar tek një lokal që ndodhet afër burgut duke i thënë shtetasit M. S.  se do të vinte dikush ta merrte. Sipas deklarimeve të shtetases A.  C. e ka telefonuar djali që ndodhej në burgim dhe i ka thënë se një shoku i tij nuk kishte familjarë që t’i vinin në takim dhe se duhej të merrte një porosi të lënë tek lokali afër burgut që t'ia jepnin atij. Aty ka shkuar E.C.  dhe pasi ka marrë porosinë që ishin disa sanduiçë dhe një palë pantallona së bashku me nënën e tij kanë hyrë në takim dhe kur është kontrolluar ushqimi janë gjetur tek porosia e marrë në  lokal sasi lënde narkotike brenda sanduiçëve”, theksohet në fashikull.
