Now it's official, Hansi Flick is appointed coach of Barcelona until 2026.

The German had long been considered at the head of the "Blaugrana" by most of the European press and this Tuesday, after the Catalan club formalized the departure of Xavi Hernandez, the announcement of the appointment of the former coach of Bayern Munich also came.

Hansi Flick arrives at Barcelona after three years in charge of the German national team. The German coach had previously replaced Niko Kovac at the helm of Bayern after guiding the German club to a treble of success in the 2019-2020 season: Bundesliga, Champions League and German Cup.

Flick arrives at Barça with a rich palmares, as he counts important trophies: One Champions League, two Bundesliga, one Club World Cup, one European Super Cup, one German Cup, one German Super Cup.
