The loss to Spain has shaken Italy's chances to be part of the next round of the European Championship. Getting points against Croatia is a mission for Luciano Spalletti's team, which will have great rotation in almost every position.

Defender Federico Dimarco will not be ready after the injury against Spain, also missing the last training session. Cambiaso is expected to take his place, while on the other side, chances are that the place of Di Lorenzo, who created confusion for Williams in Thursday's duel with Spain, will be taken by Darmian.

The center of defense is confirmed with Calafiori and Bastoni, while Barella, Cristante and Fratessi will act in front of them.

Fagioli is in the running for a place in this department, but the minutes he missed in the last season are far from the expectations of coach Spalletti to use him in a match like the one against the Balkans.

With Chiesa in doubt to start again from the first minute, the attack is also expected to change. Scamacca will sit on the bench with the possibility that Retegui will take his place, while Pellegrini will act in his support again.
