BBC: How Sylvinho became a hero of Albania

BBC Sport highlights the Albanian National Team for reaching the European finals for the second time.

Sylvinho's work with the 4-3-3 alignment or the approach of players such as Jasir Asani have increased the ambitions of the team and the technical staff.

“We're not going there to have fun. Our work is not finished and, if we have any chance to go to the elimination stage, we will fight in the same way as in the qualifiers".

The BBC points out that Sylvinho's focus on working with the national team is also thanks to his family who agreed to live separately between Porto in Portugal and Tirana.

The aggressive attacking game applied by the coach has impressed the most skeptical fans and experts. While the coach encourages the Albanian players to hit the opponent's goal as much as possible.

"They really know how to hit the ball from distance, they have it in them and they want it, so I encourage them to do it. If the players think this is the best thing to do, please shoot at goal."

Albania is one of the least known teams and therefore it can be a surprise element to the opponents.
