The chairman of group section no. 6 of Berisha's grouping, Nertil Hoxha, tried to block the voting at the "At Zef Pëllumbi" school in Tirana.

As you can see from this video, even though everything has been inexplicably fine, Berisha's man in this school has tried to prevent voters from exercising their right to vote freely.

He pressured the voters not to enter the school premises.

Nertil Hoxha himself admits that he is the Chairman of group section no. 6, of the part of the DP led by Berisha.
