SP MP Erion Braçe appeared at the Special Prosecution Office this Wednesday, holding a file in his hands.

It is learned that Braçe stayed for almost an hour at the SPAK premises and after leaving, gave a statement to journalists.

We recall that the socialist MP appeared before SPAK last week, after a complaint was filed against him by businessman Anduel Çekrezi , in the context of a long-standing property conflict in the Imshtë area in Lushnje.

The case concerns claims of the occupation of residents' land for the construction of a photovoltaic park.

It is learned that the conflict between the parties has been going on for several years, and there has been no shortage of public clashes and reactions on social networks.

The businessman presented the relevant ownership documentation, claiming that the land was purchased in a proper manner.


On the other hand, MP Braçe insists that this is public land, even claiming that part of the river has been privatized.

Sources indicate that the clash between the parties has already taken the legal route and is expected to be reviewed by the justice system.

The entire situation came back into focus after public denunciations by the MP, who claims that the land near the Seman River, traditionally used by residents, is being illegally taken for private interests.

On the other hand, the businessman disputes these claims and has turned to justice to clarify the legality of ownership.
