" Regarding the person under investigation, Monika Kryemadhi, the Court assesses that the following criteria/circumstances should be taken into account when determining the amount of personal insurance against her: her economic, social and family situation, her health status (during the investigation it was found that documented that he has undergone surgical interventions and various medical treatments), the social dangerousness of the criminal offenses for which he is suspected, based on the measure of punishment provided for by each of them, the way of committing each of them, the social dangerousness of the perpetrator, the fact that the person under investigation is being investigated for four criminal offenses that occurred at different times, the fact that the person under investigation is suspected of being a specific recidivist in the criminal offense of "Corruption", as well as the composition of her family situation.

The court assesses that all these circumstances make it necessary and in accordance with the need for security to impose on the person under investigation, Monika Kryemadhi, the measure of personal security "Compulsion to appear before the judicial police", provided by article 234 of the Criminal Code . Criminal.

In the court's assessment, this measure of personal security is the most appropriate measure in relation to the importance of the facts committed by the person under investigation, Monika Kryemadhi, as well as the measure of punishment provided by Article 260 of the Penal Code, (four to twelve years of imprisonment ), with the amount of punishment provided by Article 287 of the Criminal Code (from seven to fifteen years of imprisonment), with the amount of punishment provided for by Article 257/a/2 of the Criminal Code (up to three years of imprisonment at the most) as well as the fact that each episode is considered a separate work.
