The leader of the "Mundësia" Party, Agron Shehaj, emphasized in the Assembly that his interpellation on the Thumanë-Kashar issue was denied, which he said was removed from the calendar without being notified.

Shehaj stressed that transparency should be shown regarding this issue, while he did not spare accusations and criticism towards former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, but also towards the Speaker of the Parliament Niko Peleshi, whose positions on this issue he said make him suspect that the Parliament is 'commanded' by Balluku.

"1.3 billion euros for Thumanë-Kashar. Can you tell me why you deny me the right to this interpellation, why did you remove it from the work program without notifying me. If I don't get an answer, I have the right to believe that Belinda Balluku will not let you go.... I can't mention Belinda? Today you scheduled an interpellation with the Minister of Infrastructure, and he is not there. Belinda Balluku will not let you go, does she command this Parliament? Let me doubt you", said Shehaj.

For his part, Peleshi 'showed him the red line', and called on him to respect the rules.

"There are also some red lines. Who are you to declare a criminal? We discuss the procedure, but you cannot mention any. Because you go outside the code of conduct, outside this room you can do whatever you want, But inside this room we are condemned to respect each other...", he said.
