The chairman of the investigation commission for TIMS, Ervis Salianji, in a statement to the media spoke about the abandonment of yesterday's meeting of the commission.
He stated that requests for information have been filed, while the protection they are trying to provide to the persons involved in the intervention in the TIMS system, he said, is a criminal offense.
If the institutions do not respond within 5 days, Salianji said that there will be criminal charges for abuse of office.
"Yesterday, I filed requests for information signed by me, addressed to Rama, the Minister of the Interior, the Director of Police, the director of AMP, the director of the Information Service.
SP requests that we do not even make requests for information and correct requests from experts.
We made the requests after receiving an interim decision.
The institutions have an obligation to respond within 5 days or they will face criminal charges for abuse of office.
Sovereignty has been handed over to the gangs with the most sensitive data, not only of Albanian citizens but also of foreigners entering and leaving our territory.
No one involved in this should go unpunished.
It is unheard of for representatives of the majority to boycott investigative commissions and the Parliament. It disappeared yesterday, just like the intrusion into the TIMS system for criminal purposes. Even the protection that is claimed to be given to them is a criminal activity", he said.
