The head of the official DP, Lulzim Basha, once again reiterated the position of the DP in support of SPAK.

In his speech held at the Electoral Assembly of branch 5 in Tirana, he once again asked for the voting of the amendments proposed in the Assembly of Albania, since, as he said, they strengthen the institutions of justice.

While commenting on Prime Minister Rama's anti-corruption resolution, he said that "they are nothing more than cries to an ill-advised, ill-conceived and very poorly marketed electorate."

" Such is our unconditional stance in support of justice, in support of SPAK, because it is the stance in support of the rule of law. Therefore, the Democratic Party has stood and stands not simply with words, but with facts such as those deposited in the Parliament of Albania, for the strengthening of SPAK.

Strengthening and not weakening the institutions of justice, strengthening the institutions of justice, encouraging justice to fight tooth and nail against political corruption, regardless of colors, regardless of names, this is a firm position, our support for SPAK, for GJKKO, for BKH, for justice. Corruption records have been reached with this prime minister, they have been reached with this government.

Now we all have been talking about corruption for a long time, both we and those who speak in our name wave our flag, but not all of us are the same. You cannot be against corruption during the day and against SPAK at night. This is not only political ambiguity, this is murderous to the interests of Democrats because it is dangerous to the public interest.

Therefore, along with our proposals in Parliament to strengthen SPAK, there is also another proposal to remove parliamentary immunity. This is an unequivocal attitude, this is an attitude that separates day from night, words from deeds ", Basha said among other things.
