Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha made a long reaction on social networks to clarify a statement made on Wednesday during a press conference when he said that some journalists, without mentioning names, "he would consider as members of the criminal organization, the of the party".

But this Thursday, Berisha made a clarification of this statement, which according to him, some media, out of misunderstanding, but also malice, took it as a threat.

"I have never threatened and never threaten journalists, I have always appreciated and value the mission of journalists and today I am very aware of their major role and their almost extraordinary difficulties in carrying out their duties under the conditions of the narco-state. "My reaction has absolutely nothing to do with the personal attacks against me by any journalist," says Berisha.

"My reaction is firstly related to the fact that for the sake of his profession and the obligations he has towards the public, I believe that the loyal journalist of his profession cannot act as an unpaid spokesman for Spak, nor for any other institution because the taxpayers they pay spokespersons and press office to the cabinet and other institutions", says Berisha.

Some media out of misunderstanding, but also some malice, have taken my yesterday's reaction to the media as a threat, in which I expressed the following: see (1). Regarding these misunderstandings, I clarify the following:

My reaction has absolutely nothing to do with the personal attacks on me by any journalist or journalist.

Në prononcimin tim kam ngritur zërin vetëm në mbrojtje të dinjitetit dhe profesionalizmit të gazetarit dhe jo ketegorikisht pse lexojnë akt padinë e skapit të partisë ndaj meje sepse unë kohë më parë kam deklaruar publikisht se vetë do ta beja publike me njëherë atë piramidë mashtrimi po të mos ishin aty brenda emrat e qindra personave që jetojnë dhe që nuk janë më. Por reagimi im lidhet së pari me faktin se për hir të profesionit të tij dhe detyrimeve që ka ndaj publikut unë besoj se gazetari besnik i profesionit të tij nuk mund të sillet si zëdhënës i pa paguar i Spakut as dhe i ndonjë institucioni tjetër sepse taksapaguesit ju paguajnë zëdhënës dhe zyrë shtypi skapit dhe institucioneve te tjera

Në konceptin tim një gazetar që i shërben profesionit të tij nuk mund të shëndrohet kurrë në zëdhënës të këtij apo atij institucioni sepse dëshmon se është vendosur totalisht në kontrollin e tij dhe nuk është më zëdhënës i profesionit të tij dhe interesit publik. Unë vlerësoj se kjo rrugë do ishte rruga e asgjesimit të mediave të lira. Ndaj dhe unë i ftova gazetarët që në interesin e tyre më të mirë të zbatojnë kodin e tyre që u kërkon që në informacionet e tyre të jenë objektivë pra të hapur për të gjitha burimet apo në rastin konkret palët. Ky është thelbi i reagimit dhe shqtësimit tim.

Por nuk e mohoj se në prononcimin tim të djeshëm ka një kërcënim dhe ky kërcënim është i njëjtë për çdo njeri që ka kryer krim dhe konkretisht jam shprehur: ‘Konstatoj se tek tuk prej tyre( fjala është për gazetarë) që keqpërdoren në mënyrë ekstreme nga Skapi. Keqpërdoren se janë të marrë peng realisht dhe unë këtë do të ua faktoj. Me këtë unë ju them kaq; do t’i trajtoj njëlloj si anëtarë të organizatës kriminale, Skapi i partisë.’

Del qartë se këtu fjalën e kam jo për gazetarë të vërtetë, por për individë delinkuent të vërtetuar si gjobvenës edhe nga drejtësia, por në vend të ndeshkimit ligjor për krimin që kanë kryer mbahen peng nga Dumani për t’i keqperdor siç don ai vetë. Unë mendoj se këta nuk kanë asgjë të përbashkët me gazetarin, por janë kriminel që zenë pusi njëlloj si hajduti ordiner për të grabitur këtë apo atë qytetar apo biznesmen. Pra vlerësoj se vet gazetarët e ndershëm duhet të kenë një qendrim të qarte ndaj tyre. Si përfundim edhe një herë i garantoj gazetarët se vlerësoj shumë rolin, sakrificat dhe kontributin e tyre.

Ky është prononcimi im i djeshëm!

1-Por meqë jam në këtë çështje, kam një kërkesë të njerëzishme ndaj gazetarëve. Unë vlerësoj shumë angazhimin e tyre në debatin për këtë dosje dhe për çdo gjë, dhe i garantoj se kanë gjithnjë respektin tim, pavarësisht nga linja editoriale që mund të ndjekin. Por në këtë rast, më duhet të ju them gazetarëve dy gjëra. Konstatoj se tek tuk prej tyre keqpërdoren në mënyrë ekstreme nga Skapi. Keqpërdoren se janë të marrë peng realisht dhe unë këtë do të ua faktoj.
