Sali Berisha says that efforts are being made to leave Albania without opposition.

During his speech at the meeting of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Berisha stated that it has never happened that the arrest of a deputy was requested without presenting any evidence, facts or documents.

In his speech, he stated that his immunity was removed, as this was the only way, as he said, for the regime not to face the opposition.

As he threw accusations at Prime Minister Edi Rama, Berisha declared that Rama knows clearly that he cannot bargain with the real opposition.

"Let no one think that Edi Rama and his regime are calm. On the contrary, I tell you, he lives in great terror and fear. Fear and only fear caused him to order a chain of acts, actions, which even Lukashenko of Belarus would not be able to carry out. During these two or three weeks, a unique, special process took place in Albania, in which Edi Rama ordered the institutions of justice and the parliament to move from a serious violation to a more serious violation of the Constitution. In order to carry out today's act, he carried it out without any kind of, let's say, insurmountable obstacles because everywhere the control and the majority. But then again he didn't need the legal way, because the legal way could be torn in the middle. For guarantee and safety, he needed that in a first case and it has never happened in 32 years, that a deputy is deprived of the right to move abroad by a court decision, violating the respective article of the Constitution. It has never happened in the history of the parliament that the leader of the opposition is never questioned and he concocts a pyramid of deception and is not questioned for the sole reason that not in half an hour, but in 20 minutes, he flattens that pyramid with the light of truth. It has never happened to request the removal of immunity and the arrest of a deputy without presenting a single piece of evidence, fact or document to the parliamentary committee, to the Mandates Committee. Just the decision of the court, of SKAP and so on", said Berisha.

Berisha stated that they do not move from their principles and that they do not confuse acts separated from the universal values ​​of our Euro-Atlantic partners.

"This leadership meeting is called in the most extraordinary moments in the history of our political force, moments when the regime based on crime, drugs and theft of Albanians, after we unmasked it and we unmask it every day for its links with crime, for the violence in the parliament and everywhere about the rights of the opposition and the rights of the Albanian citizens, for the great thefts, the desolation of Albania by the Albanian citizens, he thought that the solution to this unmasking is the arrest of the president of the DP, with whom Edi Rama and anyone else, have clearly can never bargain. And with whom, he cannot stand the battle. The truth is that we as the opposition, not because of our desire, but because of the interventions and efforts to leave Albania without an opposition in fact, went through a very difficult period, but again with all the great difficulties, with all the great strength of transnational corruption, corruption which was used to destroy the Albanian opposition, this did not happen and the opposition came to be strengthened more and more. The opposition came by becoming a true spokesperson for the interests of Albanians, becoming a spokesperson for the values ​​that a free society should have. The values ​​that we believe in, the values ​​that we have in the program, the values ​​with which we took Albania from the depths of misery and brought it out into a respected country, a member of NATO and other European institutions. We do not move from our principles, from our program, we do not move from our Euro-Atlantic orientation. We do not confuse and confuse acts separated from the universal values ​​of our Euro-Atlantic partners of Western civilization. Our connection with these values ​​is genuine in the sense that the entire modern doctrine of our national identity is built on these values ​​and it guarantees the Western vocation of the DP and the Albanian nation. Of course, Edi Rama's reaction proves the horror he has of the real opposition. Edi Rama is in his kind a thief and dictator. In general, it is difficult to separate the thief from the dictator and the thief from the dictator because the dictator considers all his property and feels free to steal, waste and abuse the assets of the Albanians. But the most fundamental problem is because he has succeeded in confiscating the free vote of Albanians and precisely with this mechanism he has passively killed the hope of Albanian citizens. It has caused their largest exodus from the country in history. All these for us are motives of battle. That's why we declared a battle without return".
